if theres anyone having a problem with this not working and your getting a "trial period ended" message try going to where you installed windows (for most it would be the C drive) and click on Tools>Folder Options and go to the View tab "show hidden files and folders and click apply and ok. you should see a folder called "Program Data" open it and delete the "slysoft" folder and try running the patch again. i had this problem and it worked for me
